HOWARD MATTHEWS,
BA, FCA
Senior Partner qualified as a Chartered Accountant
in 1980 with Binder Hamlyn in Nottingham. He moved to Yorkshire
in 1985 and started the Practice in Wetherby. He had a period
of time working in Industry, which has been invaluable for advising
clients. His main areas of responsibility include Management
Consultancy, Business Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, raising
finance and Practice Development.

AMANDA CROWTHER, BSc,
FCA, CTA
Amanda joined the Practice in 1995 and became a Partner
in 1997. She qualified with Howarth Clark Whitehill in London
in 1982. She also spent a period of four years working for Peat
Marwick McLintock in Bristol. Her main areas of responsibility
are Corporation Tax, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and
Tax Planning.

DARREN MYERS,
BA, CTA
Darren joined the Practice in 1996 and became a Partner
in 2002. He qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1999 and
is responsible for personal tax, VAT, payroll, sole trader/partnership
accounts and oversees our Leeds office.
